On Call Support

Clients not covered under a monthly Network Care contract can still obtain services for "ad-hoc" or emergency IT needs. On Call Support includes many of the same services offered under our Network Care but may be suitable for clients who prefer to use IT outsourcing on an "as needed" basis.

Typical scenarios for On Call Support Include:

  • Small 1-day projects
  • IT Troubleshooting / Diagnostics
  • Supplemental coverage for internal staff (illness, vacation, leave)
  • "As needed" IT Outsourcing
